Return and Exchange Policy
- No cancellation is allowed once the order is placed.
- Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of merchandise shall be accepted.
- Defects in products / incorrect products shall be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims for defects in products / incorrect products delivered shall be lodged by email to email@example.com enclosing photos showing the alleged defects / incorrect products.
- Claims for defects in products / incorrect products delivered will not be accepted if the product is used and / or the product and packing is otherwise not in its original state.
- PaperMoments shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delivery.
- Customers shall be entitled to the re-delivery of the ordered goods upon the return of defective / incorrect items if so required by PaperMoments.
- Customers shall have the right to elect for refund if the item is out of stock.
- PaperMoments reserves the right of final decision to claims.
